O c\u00e1lculo da dist\u00e2ncia de cor \u00e9 essencial para a garantia de qualidade ao longo da fase de pr\u00e9-impress\u00e3o e da produ\u00e7\u00e3o final.<\/p>\n<h2>Porque \u00e9 que tem de medir as dist\u00e2ncias de cor?<\/h2>\n<p>A procura de reprodutibilidade e normaliza\u00e7\u00e3o por parte da ind\u00fastria gr\u00e1fica \u00e9 a raz\u00e3o para medir as dist\u00e2ncias de cor. Num processo de trabalho controlado, a cor de um original, um <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.proofs.de\/pt\/lexikon\/proofs\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"No sector da impress\u00e3o, as provas (ou impress\u00f5es de provas) referem-se \u00e0 encaderna\u00e7\u00e3o a cores e \u00e0 simula\u00e7\u00e3o legalmente vinculativa de um resultado de impress\u00e3o para efeitos de controlo. A norma respons\u00e1vel pelas provas \u00e9 a ISO 12647-7:2016, ou seja, a revis\u00e3o actual de 2016.\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Provas<\/a> registadas espectrofotometricamente e transferidas para o <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.proofs.de\/pt\/lexikon\/cielab\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"O modelo de cor CIELAB foi definido em 1976 pela Commission Internationale de l&#039;Eclairage e descreve todas as cores percept\u00edveis. \u00c9 um desenvolvimento da escala de cores Hunter-LAB de 1966 e um modelo matem\u00e1tico de cores no qual as propriedades espectrais de um objeto e as propriedades perceptivas do nosso sistema visual s\u00e3o compensadas entre si. Portanto, cont\u00e9m todas as cores que podem realmente ser representadas com este m\u00e9todo e os materiais correspondentes.\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Espa\u00e7o de cor<\/a> convertido. Era f\u00e1cil de calcular, mas tinha a desvantagem de n\u00e3o ser totalmente equidistante. As diferen\u00e7as de cor que eram visualmente percepcionadas como \u201eequidistantes\u201c eram avaliadas de forma diferente pelo LAB em diferentes gamas de cor. Por exemplo, um valor de \u0394E = 2 em cinzento neutro podia ser claramente vis\u00edvel ao olho humano, enquanto o mesmo desvio era pouco percet\u00edvel em azul saturado. Foram desenvolvidos novos modelos de c\u00e1lculo para retificar esta situa\u00e7\u00e3o. Atualmente, o c\u00e1lculo mais utilizado na ind\u00fastria gr\u00e1fica \u00e9 o \u0394E00 (Delta E 2000). Esta f\u00f3rmula melhorada tem em conta a diferente sensibilidade do olho humano \u00e0s cores em diferentes \u00e1reas do espa\u00e7o de cor LAB e oferece uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o mais precisa das diferen\u00e7as de cor.<\/p>\n<p>Existem toler\u00e2ncias claras para a dist\u00e2ncia de cor no sector da prova e da impress\u00e3o. Um valor de \u0394E*00 inferior a 1,0 \u00e9 considerado impercet\u00edvel e \u00e9 a medida de m\u00e1xima precis\u00e3o. Valores entre 1,0 e 3,0 s\u00e3o considerados aceit\u00e1veis para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de impress\u00e3o. Os valores superiores a 3,0, por outro lado, conduzem frequentemente \u00e0 rejei\u00e7\u00e3o da impress\u00e3o ou \u00e0 corre\u00e7\u00e3o do processo de impress\u00e3o. Estas toler\u00e2ncias s\u00e3o parte integrante dos sistemas de gest\u00e3o da qualidade e ajudam a verificar se uma prova ou uma folha impressa cumpre a especifica\u00e7\u00e3o dada.<\/p>\n<p>A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da dist\u00e2ncia de cor \u00e9 normalmente integrada diretamente no fluxo de trabalho. Na prova digital, por exemplo, \u00e9 utilizada para garantir a precis\u00e3o da cor da prova. Para este efeito, o valor \u0394E entre a prova e a refer\u00eancia de impress\u00e3o \u00e9 medido e documentado num relat\u00f3rio de teste. Durante a produ\u00e7\u00e3o, a diferen\u00e7a de cor pode ser continuamente monitorizada com dispositivos de medi\u00e7\u00e3o em linha incorporados para garantir que toda a tiragem se mant\u00e9m dentro da toler\u00e2ncia definida.
