A pesar de la creciente digitalizaci\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda de impresi\u00f3n, el CTF se sigue utilizando en determinadas aplicaciones y para trabajos de impresi\u00f3n especiales.<\/p>\n<p>En el proceso CTF, los datos de impresi\u00f3n digital se exponen por ordenador directamente sobre una pel\u00edcula, que luego sirve de plantilla para la producci\u00f3n de las planchas de impresi\u00f3n. La particularidad del proceso CTF es que se utiliza la pel\u00edcula como soporte para la exposici\u00f3n, lo que lo distingue de la transferencia directa a una plancha de impresi\u00f3n (CTP). Normalmente, la pel\u00edcula se expone mediante un l\u00e1ser, con lo que la imagen se transfiere a una capa sensible a la luz de la pel\u00edcula.<\/p>\n<p>La ventaja de CTF fue la alta resoluci\u00f3n y precisi\u00f3n de detalle de la transferencia de im\u00e1genes. La CTF fue capaz de ofrecer una calidad de imagen extraordinaria, sobre todo en los trazados complejos, los detalles finos y el sombreado. Otra ventaja del proceso es su flexibilidad: las plantillas de pel\u00edcula pueden utilizarse para diversos procesos y formatos de impresi\u00f3n, ya sea offset o serigraf\u00eda. Aunque la CTF ha sido completamente sustituida en offset, se sigue utilizando en serigraf\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, debido al paso intermedio de la producci\u00f3n de la pel\u00edcula, la CTF suele llevar m\u00e1s tiempo y ser m\u00e1s cara que la CTP. La pel\u00edcula tiene que ser producida, revelada y posteriormente procesada para la fabricaci\u00f3n de planchas, lo que ralentiza todo el flujo de trabajo e incurre en costes de material adicionales. Estas desventajas han hecho que la CTF sea sustituida cada vez m\u00e1s por la tecnolog\u00eda CTP, m\u00e1s directa, eficaz y rentable.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda, las pel\u00edculas tambi\u00e9n se imprimen a menudo en l\u00e1minas transparentes mediante pl\u00f3teres. Aunque \u00e9stas tienen una densidad menor y una desviaci\u00f3n de precisi\u00f3n horizontal y vertical significativamente mayor, son mucho m\u00e1s baratas y pueden producirse sin productos qu\u00edmicos ni tecnolog\u00eda de exposici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Un muy buen proveedor de servicios para pel\u00edculas cl\u00e1sicas es Helmut K<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.proofs.de\/es\/lexikon\/opp\/\" target=\"_self\" title='&quot;OPP&quot; significa &quot;polipropileno orientado&quot; , que es un tipo de pel\u00edcula de pl\u00e1stico. La pel\u00edcula OPP est\u00e1 hecha de polipropileno y se caracteriza por su orientaci\u00f3n. La orientaci\u00f3n del material se consigue mediante un proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n especial en el que la pel\u00edcula se estira para mejorar sus propiedades f\u00edsicas. Las pel\u00edculas OPP son transparentes, brillantes y tienen una superficie lisa. Ofrecen una gran claridad, son resistentes al desgarro, repelen el agua y tienen un buen efecto barrera contra la humedad, los aceites y los gases. Estas propiedades hacen que las pel\u00edculas de OPP sean vers\u00e1tiles y encuentren aplicaci\u00f3n en diversos campos, especialmente en la industria del envasado. Para el laminado con pel\u00edculas OPP mates y pel\u00edculas OPP brillantes, existen cuatro normas denominadas &quot;de prueba de acabado&quot; de Fogra: Fogra49 y Fogra50 para papeles relacionados
