La particularit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 CTF r\u00e9side dans le fait que le film est utilis\u00e9 comme support pour l'exposition, ce qui le distingue du transfert direct sur une plaque d'impression (CTP). Normalement, le film est expos\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide d'un laser, l'image \u00e9tant transf\u00e9r\u00e9e sur une couche photosensible du film.<\/p>\n<p>L'avantage de CTF r\u00e9sidait dans la haute r\u00e9solution et la pr\u00e9cision des d\u00e9tails de l'image transmise. Le CTF a notamment permis d'obtenir une excellente qualit\u00e9 d'image pour les mises en page complexes, les d\u00e9tails fins et les ombres. Un autre avantage du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 r\u00e9side dans sa flexibilit\u00e9 : les mod\u00e8les de films peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de m\u00e9thodes et de formats d'impression, que ce soit en offset ou en s\u00e9rigraphie. Alors que le CTF a \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e8tement supplant\u00e9 par l'offset, il continue \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 en s\u00e9rigraphie.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, en raison de l'\u00e9tape interm\u00e9diaire de fabrication du film, le CTF est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus long et plus co\u00fbteux que le CTP. Le film doit \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 puis trait\u00e9 pour la production de plaques d'impression, ce qui ralentit l'ensemble du processus et entra\u00eene des co\u00fbts de mat\u00e9riaux suppl\u00e9mentaires. Ces inconv\u00e9nients ont entra\u00een\u00e9 le remplacement progressif du CTF par la technologie CTP, plus directe, plus efficace et moins co\u00fbteuse.<\/p>\n<p>Les films sont aujourd'hui plus souvent imprim\u00e9s sur des films transparents \u00e0 l'aide de traceurs. Ceux-ci ont certes une densit\u00e9 plus faible et un \u00e9cart de pr\u00e9cision horizontal et vertical beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, mais ils sont nettement moins chers et peuvent \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9s sans aucune chimie ni technique d'exposition.<\/p>\n<p>Un tr\u00e8s bon prestataire de services pour les films classiques est Helmut K<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.proofs.de\/fr\/lexikon\/opp\/\" target=\"_self\" title='&quot;OPP&quot; signifie &quot;polypropyl\u00e8ne orient\u00e9&quot; , c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire un type de film plastique. Le film OPP est fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de polypropyl\u00e8ne et se caract\u00e9rise par son orientation. L&#039;orientation du mat\u00e9riau est obtenue par un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication sp\u00e9cial qui \u00e9tire le film afin d&#039;am\u00e9liorer ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques. Les films OPP sont transparents, brillants et pr\u00e9sentent une surface lisse. Ils offrent une grande clart\u00e9, sont r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 la d\u00e9chirure, hydrofuges et ont un bon effet barri\u00e8re contre l&#039;humidit\u00e9, les huiles et les gaz. Ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s rendent les films OPP polyvalents et ils sont utilis\u00e9s dans diff\u00e9rents domaines, notamment dans l&#039;industrie de l&#039;emballage. Pour le pelliculage avec des films mats OPP et des films brillants OPP, il existe quatre normes dites &quot;d&#039;\u00e9preuves de finition&quot; de la Fogra : Fogra49 et Fogra50 pour les papiers recouverts de films OPP dans les normes classiques ISOCoatedV2 300%, et Fogra56 et Fogra57 pour la finition OPP des impressions PSOCoatedV3.' class=\"encyclopedia\">opp<\/a> avec <a
