Les impressions sont ainsi stables, r\u00e9sistantes aux rayures et ne p\u00e9n\u00e8trent pas dans le papier ou le substrat d'impression. Les impressions peuvent ainsi \u00eatre trait\u00e9es directement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Alors que l'on utilisait autrefois des lampes \u00e0 vapeur de mercure pour produire la puissante lumi\u00e8re UV, on utilise aujourd'hui principalement des syst\u00e8mes UV \u00e0 LED, c'est pourquoi les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s sont souvent appel\u00e9s impression LED <a href=\"https:\/\/blog1.proofen.de\/es\/lexico-2\/presion-uv\/\" target=\"_self\" class=\"encyclopedia tooltipstered\">UV<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Le plus grand avantage n'est pas seulement la rapidit\u00e9 de traitement, mais surtout le s\u00e9chage qui se fait en une fraction de seconde. Cela permet d'une part d'imprimer sur des supports qui ne sont pas absorbants (par exemple des autocollants ou des bo\u00eetes de conserve), et d'autre part de produire une plus grande coloration, par exemple sur du <a href=\"https:\/\/blog1.proofen.de\/es\/lexico-2\/papel-natural\/\" target=\"_self\" class=\"encyclopedia tooltipstered\">papier naturel<\/a> absorbant, car l'encre n'est pas absorb\u00e9e dans le papier, mais durcit quasiment directement sur la surface du papier.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce faire, des photo-initiateurs, c'est-\u00e0-dire des substances sensibles \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re, sont introduits dans les encres d'impression et durcissent par polym\u00e9risation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Tous les fabricants d'encres r\u00e9put\u00e9s proposent des encres \u00e0 s\u00e9chage UV. Comme dans l'impression <a href=\"https:\/\/blog1.proofen.de\/es\/lexico-2\/impresion-uv-led\/\" target=\"_self\" class=\"encyclopedia tooltipstered\">UV LED, les LED \u00e9mettent une lumi\u00e8re monochromatique, les encres doivent \u00eatre exactement adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la technologie LED, sinon elles ne durciront pas
