Normalmente, a pel\u00edcula \u00e9 exposta por meio de um laser, pelo que a imagem \u00e9 transferida para uma camada sens\u00edvel \u00e0 luz na pel\u00edcula.<\/p>\n<p>A vantagem do CTF era a elevada resolu\u00e7\u00e3o e a precis\u00e3o dos pormenores da transfer\u00eancia de imagens. O CTF foi capaz de proporcionar uma qualidade de imagem extraordin\u00e1ria, particularmente para esquemas complexos, pormenores finos e sombreados. Outra vantagem do processo \u00e9 a sua flexibilidade: os modelos de pel\u00edcula podem ser utilizados para uma variedade de processos e formatos de impress\u00e3o, quer em offset quer em serigrafia.
